All content you upload (screenplays, scripts) remains your property. AI-generated outputs (images, videos, audio) created through the Service are licensed to you for commercial use. The Service itself, including its algorithms, software, and interface, is the property of Bel Air Films, LLC.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer the Service, use automated tools to scrape content, share account credentials, or use the Service to generate illegal or harmful content.

6. Beta Program

During beta, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. Beta testers agree to provide feedback and report issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bel Air Films, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
